Aviva Health will launch a new plan, Family Value Plan, on 15 February 2012.

Family Value Plan gives full cover a private room in a public hospital subject to a €125 excess. It also offers full cover for a semi-private room in a private hospital with a €250 excess per claim for in-patient stays and day-case claims are subject to a €125 excess in private and Hi-tech hospitals. A €2,000 co-payment is required on certain orthopaedic procedures in private and high-tech hospitals. There is a maternity in-patient grant of €4,000. Out-patient benefits are subject to €250 excess for individuals or €250 excess for families.

The Adult premium for this plan is €850, students (1-3) up to 23 years old are €300 and the 4th student is €228. Children on this plan are Free.

This plan is available for all new and renewing customers from 15 February 2012. It will be displayed on our comparison tool on this date.
